UPDATED: Due to an injector problem on the port engine of Wight Ryder II, Wightlink have cancelled a number of sailings on their Ryde Pier Head to Portsmouth catamaran service.
Passengers should be advised of the following cancellations and adjustments to cross-Solent sailings…
Monday 27th
Portsmouth Harbour – Ryde Pier Head; 16:40, 17:40 & 18:45
Ryde Pier Head – Portsmouth Harbour; 17:10, 18:10 & 19:15
Tuesday 28th
Portsmouth Harbour – Ryde Pier Head; 06:40
Ryde Pier Head – Portsmouth Harbour; 19:15
In addition to the above cancellations, the following sailings will be operated by a chartered vessel tomorrow (Tuesday).
Ryde Pier Head; 07:10, 08:10, 09:10, 17:10 & 18:10
Portsmouth Harbour; 07:40, 08:40, 16:40, 17:40 & 18:40
UPDATE TUESDAY @ 21:30 – Due to the continuing problems with Wight Ryder II that have yet to be rectified, the above cancellations and ammendments will also be in force tomorrow (Wednesday 29th) according to a Wightlink spokesperson.
UPDATE THURSDAY – Wightlink have confirmed that the above cancellations and amendments remain in place today.
