Parents are being asked by Police if they witnessed a violent altercation between two men near two Ryde schools.
The altercation happened in Pelhurst Road, Ryde, between 15:00 and 16:00 last Friday (10th January) near to Ryde Academy and Greenmount Primary School.
One of the men involved, a 23-year-old man, was arressted on suspicion of assault and is on Police bail until 24th January.
An 18-year-old man suffered minor injuries and marks to his neck in the incident.
