Isle of Wight music fans travelling to Victorious Festival in Southsea this August Bank Holiday will be able to stay longer thanks to Wightlink Ferries.

After enjoying amazing acts including Madness, Stereophonics, Olly Murs, Rita Ora and many more, Islanders can then head home on special late evening foot passenger catamaran sailings as well as the regular overnight car ferries. However, seats must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment on the day.

Wightlink catamarans will run from Portsmouth to Ryde Pier Head at 20:20, 21:20, 22:45, 23:30 and 01:00. Car ferries from Portsmouth to Fishbourne will sail at 20:00, 22:00, 23:59 and 03.00. On Friday night there will be extra sailings at 20:30 and 21:30.

Clive Tilley, Wightlink Director of Business Development said:

“The three day Victorious Festival on Southsea seafront has become a real highlight of the summer, we are looking forward to carrying thousands of people across the Solent to experience this incredible event”.

Hovertravel are also operating late during Victorious Festival, which takes place between 25th-27th August.
