Wight Brainy Bunch are hosting their Christmas Market at Ryde Fire Station tomorrow (Saturday) with German beer and sausages, mulled wine, mine pies and plenty of things to do for the little ones.

Visitors can expect an array of stalls offering seasonal delights, an inflatable snow globe, Santa’s grotto, kids creative corner and entertainment from the likes of Cantobelle and local marching bands. There will also be opportunity to look around the fire engines.

The official switch on of the fire station’s Christmas lights will also take place.

The event, which is sponsored by Top Mops and Bartletts Service Station, is taking place between 10:00-16:00 on Saturday 9th December at Nicholson Road, Ryde.

Wight Brainy Bunch was set up by firefighter Mark Grimes and his wife Kathryn following Mark’s diagnosis of a brain tumour in February 2015. The charity have raised over £45,000 to date. More information can be found at http://www.thewightbrainybunch.org.uk/.
